Each year, Community Action Planning Council assists thousands of households. Through our many programs, we provide food, emergency assistance, early childhood education, resources for childcare providers and parents, and weatherization services. The broad range of services available at Community Action Planning Council is made possible by funding from a variety of sources, including the generous support of individuals and businesses throughout the North Country.
We hope that you will consider a donation of your time, talent or treasure to support Community Action. Your participation is vital to the continuation of our programs and essential to our mission to assist, support and empower those in need.
