Introduction to Developmentally Appropriate Practice (DAP)
When it comes to “doing the right thing“ with young children in child care, it's not just a matter of everyone doing their own thing.  There is actually an understanding of what is best practice when caring for young children.  It is called Developmentally Appropriate Practice.  In this course, you will learn what that phrase means, how it applies to the work you do with young children and how putting it to work will help you offer a program that is right on target for children.  Length: 5 hrs (.5 CEU’s)
Cost: $45/$50
Start Dates (choose one): 6/8, 7/6, 7/20, 8/17
