Community Needs Assessment & Strategic Plan

Every three years, Community Action completes a comprehensive community needs assessment and internal evaluation. The information gleaned through this process serves as a framework for the agency’s strategic plan.

Our most recent community needs assessment was completed in 2011 and incorporates the input of hundreds of community members with low incomes, staff, and partner agencies. Sincere thanks to all who participated in this endeavor.
